Beau Willimon is a playwright, whose works have been developed and performed at MCC Theater, Ars Nova, HERE Arts Center, the Phoenix Theatre in Arizona, and the Battersea Arts Centre in London.[1]
Willimon is a recipient of the Lila Acheson Wallace Juilliard Playwriting Fellowship and the Lincoln Center Le Compte du Nuoy Award.[1]
Willimon wrote a screen adaptation of his play Farragut North for Warner Brothers,[1] which has been adapted into the film The Ides of March starring George Clooney et al..
